Harrow International School Bangkok is located in North Bangkok, conveniently close to Don Muang International Airport. The School operates on a spacious and green 35 acre campus, and we are celebrating the creation of a host of new facilities, and the redevelopment of existing buildings.
Our new specialist buildings include the extended Early Years Centre, brand new Rayleigh Sixth Form Centre, which complement our existing Lower School, Pre Prep School, Prep School and Upper School buildings. Other new facilities include the new Boarding complex with two new Boarding Houses and ‘The Hub’ recreation centre, which join our existing Science faculty, the Art faculty, the Physical Education Department, the Library, the Dining Hall and the Assembly Hall. Specialist Performing Arts facilities are located within the main buildings, with a new Creative Arts Faculty due for completion in 2017. Staff accommodation and the Head Master’s residence are also located on site.
Sporting facilities include the new multi-purpose athletics centre, called ‘The Den’, plus a large air-conditioned Sports Hall, a Gymnastics Hall, extensive floodlit rugby, cricket and football pitches with natural grass surfaces, a swimming pool, a fitness suite, a climbing (bouldering) wall and six recently refurbished floodlit tennis courts and rugby, cricket and football fields, also floodlit. Harrow Bangkok has its own lake, used for a variety of water sports and activities, including sailing, kayaking, wake boarding and water skiing, dragon boat racing, adventure races and raft challenges.
Included in our garden campus are imaginative and safe play areas for the younger pupils and a number of presentation and performance spaces within each phase of the School.
Parents, staff and older students can use the tasteful School Cafe attached to the Library building.
