The Harrow Activities Registration
Term 1 Activity Dates.
Activities start on Monday 13th September and finish On Friday 3rd December.
The Timescale
Pre-Sig Up- Wednesday 25th August to Monday 30th August.
Phase 1- TheActivities website will open for activity selection on Wednesday 1th September and close on Saturday 4th September. The database will then allocate activites to students & confirm to you by email.
Phase 2 - The Activites website will re-open for changing activities on Monday 6th September and close on Thursday 8th September.
Requirements
Kindergarten - Student in the Early Years Centre are not required to do any activities but may choose to do so.
Key Stage One - Student in Years 1 and 2 a minimum of 1 activity per week.
Junior, Preparatory and Secondary - Students in Year 3 to 13 a minimum of 2 activities per week. Students can choose a maximum of 5 activities per week.
Boarders - Year 12 and Year 13 boarders a minimum of 2 activities.All others 4 activities per week.
Pre-Sign up
Registration for some activities will already be done for you. Students will not be able to sign-up for these activities on line.
Should you wish to be added or delected from these activities you should see the teacher in charge. The activities are:
- Music groups and Rock Bands - Mr Johnson
- Gymnastic team - Miss Jurado
- Improves' Ballet - Khun Piyanan
- Dog Community Project - Miss Sapphira
- Sports team and U15 FOBISSEA Team - Mr. Staples
- Golf Team - Mr. Godwin
How to use the system
Phase 1 - Activity Selection
1. Log into the Activities website.
2. Select the activities on the days you want by click Add/Edit button. Pre-sign up activities listed above are shown for information only – you cannot select them. Please enter your email address. Click Submit – you will only be able to submit if you have chosen 4 activities on the days you have requested.
3. The next page will show the chosen activities. If you are happy with your choices then click Confirm. If you wish to amend your choices then click Amend/Back to edit. Click Print to print your activities choices.
4. An email will be sent to the email address entered in Step 2 your choices. Log off if you are finished.
Phase 2 - Changing your activity
Once the submission deadline is reached the database will allocate the activities to the students. We will confirm your activities by email. If you wish to change your choices you can log back into the Activities website and choose other activities with spare places.
1. Log into the Activities website.
2. You will be shown the activities that you have chosen. Click the edit button next to the activity that you wish to change. This will show the activities that have available spaces. Select the activity that you would rather choose.
3. Click Confirm to confirm your choice.
