Daniel Chiu
PERMANENT GOVERNOR
Daniel Chiu is the chairman and CEO of Harrow International Management Services Limited and the founder of the Harrow International Schools in Bangkok, Beijing, Hong Kong and Shanghai. He is also a governor of all the aforesaid Harrow International Schools. Daniel is currently the chairman of Fortune Oil Limited (previously known as Fortune Oil PLC), of which he has been a director since August 1993 and was the chief executive prior to becoming the vice chairman in October 1994. He is also the chairman of Federal Asia Company Limited, a private trading company with extensive operations in China. He also holds the following honorary positions:

Dr. Rosanna Wong
AISL - Strategies and Governance
Dr. Rosanna Wong, DBE, JP, is the Chairman of the Asia International School Limited. She is a Member of the National Committee of the Chinese People’s Political Consultative Conference (CPPCC) and Senior Advisor of The Hong Kong Federation of Youth Groups.
Dr. Wong serves as an Independent Non-Executive Director of CK Hutchison Holdings Limited; of Hutchison Telecommunications Hong Kong Holdings Limited; and of The Hongkong and Shanghai Hotels; and sits on the Board of Directors of the Our Hong Kong Foundation. She is also an Honorary Steward of The Hong Kong Jockey Club. Dr. Wong formerly sat on the Board of the Hongkong and Shanghai Banking Corporation Limited; and was the previous Non-Executive Chairman of The Hongkong Bank Foundation’s Advisory Committee. She was also previously a Global Advisor to Mars, Incorporated.
She is the Honorary Chairman of World Vision Hong Kong and an Honorary Vice-President of the Hong Kong Schools Music and Speech Association. She also sits on the Honorary Advisory Board of the Hong Kong WEMP Education Foundation, which pioneers and provides mental health and wellbeing to children and their families.
Dr. Wong has a distinguished record of public service. She is a former Member of the Executive and Legislative Councils. She is also the former Chairperson of the Education Commission; the Hong Kong Housing Authority; the Commission on Youth; and the Social Welfare Advisory Committee. She also served as a Member on the Judicial Officers Recommendation Commission; as a Member of the Commission on Strategic Development; and as a Member of the Commission on Poverty of the Government of the HKSAR. Dr. Wong is also a former Working Group Member of the United Nations High Level Commission on Legal Empowerment of the Poor; and a former Member of the United Nations High Level Panel on Youth Employment. She was the former President of the English-Speaking Union (Hong Kong). She is a former Court Member of The University of Hong Kong, where in addition, she was an elected Member of the Council. She was also on The Asia Foundation Hong Kong Leadership Council.
Dr. Wong holds a B.Soc.Sc. from The University of Hong Kong; an M.S.W. from The University of Toronto; an M.Sc. from The London School of Economics and Political Science, University of London; and an M.A. and Ph.D. from The University of California, Davis. She has been awarded Honorary Doctorates from The Hong Kong Institute of Education (2004); The University of Hong Kong (2003); The Hong Kong Polytechnic University (2002); The University of Toronto (1999); and The Chinese University of Hong Kong (1996). In 2006, she was made an Honorary Fellow of The London School of Economics and Political Science. She was bestowed the Beta Gamma Sigma Chapter Honouree Award by The Hong Kong University of Science and Technology in 2003.
Dr. Wong has been the recipient of many awards, both locally and internationally, including one of the Ten Outstanding Young Persons Award in Hong Kong and was honoured as a Global Leader for Tomorrow by the World Economic Forum. She was also honoured with the award of Dame Commander of the Most Excellent Order of the British Empire (DBE) in 1997.
Eric WC Leung
AISL - SAFEGUARDING
Mr Eric Wing Cheong Leung is the managing director of Asia International School Limited (AISL) and responsible for its general business operations. AISL owns and operates a series of Harrow International and Harrow-related schools and kindergartens in Asia. He is currently a governor of Harrow International School Bangkok, Harrow International School Beijing, Harrow International School Hong Kong, and Harrow International School Shanghai, and is their designated governor for child protection and safeguarding. Prior to these positions, he was the chief executive officer and an executive director of Carnival Group International Holdings Limited (Stock Code: 996) between 2014-2016, a company listed on the main board of the Hong Kong Stock Exchange. Before he joined the Carnival Group, Mr Leung was the deputy managing director, an executive director and the chief financial officer of China Gas Holdings Limited (China Gas), a company listed on the main board of the Hong Kong Stock Exchange (Stock Code: 384). Mr Leung joined China Gas in early 2005 after a 13-year career in investment banking. Investment banks he had served include Lehman Brothers, Jardine Fleming, Barclays Capital and Prudential Securities. His last position before he joined China Gas was managing director and head of corporate finance of UFJ Securities. Mr Leung is a lawyer by training and is qualified to practise law in Hong Kong, England, Wales and Australia. Law firms he had served before include Linklaters and Baker & McKenzie. Mr Leung holds bachelor degrees from the University of Hong Kong and University of London and a master's degree from the Chinese University of Hong Kong.
LOUISA HO
AISL - FINANCE
Ms Ho joined Harrow International Management Services Limited as Chief Financial Officer in September 2006. Ms Ho has over 30 years’ experience in accounting, finance and banking treasury in China with specific expertise in managing financial and accounting operations, fundraising, investor relations and executing corporate strategy. Prior to joining the group, she worked in a range of positions in the controller and operations departments of Esso Hong Kong Limited (now known as ExxonMobil Hong Kong Limited) from 1987 to 1993. She joined Fortune Oil PLC (now renamed as Fortune Oil Limited) as Financial Controller in September 1993. Ms Ho subsequently served as Deputy Chief Executive from August 2001 to April 2004, Finance Director from April 2004 to September 2006 and a Non-Executive Director from September 2006 to April 2015. Ms Ho is a Certified Public Accountant of the Hong Kong Institute of Certified Public Accountants. Ms Ho received her Bachelor of social science degree from the University of Hong Kong in November 1986 and Master of Data Processing degree from the University of Ulster in the United Kingdom in July 1992.
Dr. Ahmed Hussain
Dr Ahmed Hussain is the Chief Education Officer with AISL. This position involves leading on educational strategy and operations across the Harrow group of schools in Asia. He is also an Associate Professor in the school of education Durham University, a member of the editorial board with Research Journal: International Education Theory and Practice, a member of the expert panel for Pudong Education Bureau, Shanghai and a Fellow of the Charter College for Teaching, UK.
Following an initial career as a post-doctoral research scientist and lecturer at University of Nottingham, Ahmed trained as teacher of science with the school of education, Durham University. Following a number of teaching and leadership positions, Ahmed was appointed as a Lecturer of Education at Durham University. Here he led on training and developing teachers, teaching on Masters and EdD courses as well as undertaking research in the fields of curriculum analysis, assessment and teacher professional development. Ahmed took up a number of senior leadership positions in schools in the UK and Dubai along with working in the education reform project in Abu Dhabi. Here he led projects on senior leader and teacher professional development along with supporting the development and rollout of national standards for school leaders and teachers in the UAE. Ahmed then took up the role of Director of Schools with Wellington College China, playing a key role in establishing Wellington College China as a leading education group regionally and internationally.

AISL - EDUCATION
Mrs Price spent 26 years at Benenden School, one of the UK’s leading boarding schools, most recently as Senior Deputy Head, and was one of the founding trustees of the Benenden School Hong Kong Trust. After leaving Benenden in 2015 she became an educational management consultant advising schools on areas such as governance and compliance, development and external relations. She is a Trustee of the UK Sailing Academy and a director of Gresham Books, a specialist publisher for schools. As the representative of the Harrow governors, she is a governor of the Harrow International Schools in Bangkok, Beijing, Shanghai, Hong Kong, Shenzhen and Haikou. Debra holds a first class bachelor’s degree in History.
Dennis Chiu
Mr. Dennis Chiu, aged 64, holds a Bachelor of Arts degree in Economics from University of Sussex in United Kingdom and since in year 2019 he is on Sussex Asia Advisory Board.
He is an Executive Director of Far East Consortium International Limited (FECIL) since 1978. In these years that he is an Executive Director of FECIL, Mr. Chiu is actively involved in projects relating to properties development, hotel management, entertainment and Investments in various countries such as Hong Kong, Singapore, Malaysia, China, Thailand, Australia & England.

Mr Chiu is the Chairman of Hong Kong Singapore Business Association “HSBA” since 2018 and previously held the position as the President from 2014. HSBA as part of the Federation of Hong Kong Business Associations Worldwide with over 11,000 individual members, he was elected as Chairman of the Federation between 2018 and 2021.
Mr Chiu is the Governor of Harrow International School Bangkok. He involved in others Charitable Organization previously, Yan Chai Hospital Hong Kong and Ju Ching Chu School Hong Kong.
Kittipol Pramoj Na Ayudhya
LOCAL GOVERNOR
Kittipol Pramoj Na Ayudhya is director of Sammakorn Public Company Limited, a construction company specialising in houses and community malls established in 1970. Kittipol gained a Mechanical Engineering degree in the UK and an MBA from Sasin, Chulalongkorn University and has been in the Thai property business for over 17 years. At the age of 37, he became the youngest president of the Thai Real Estate Association, an association with members from Thailand’s biggest real estate companies.
Kittipol is a governor at Harrow International School Bangkok where his daughter studies and his son previously studied and he is vice chairman and a part-time lecturer at RE-CU, a real estate development program run by the Real Estate Executive Association.
Kittipol was Thailand’s Touring Car Champion in 2016 and has gained himself a reputation as one of the top racing drivers in Thailand. He is also a keen scuba diver, tennis player and marathon runner.
Wichien Harnpraween
LOCAL GOVERNOR - LEGAL
Mr Wichien Harnpraween received a law degree (LL.B) from Thammasat University, Bangkok in 1986. He became a Barrister-at-law with the Thai Barrister Council in 1987 and received a Master of Law (LL.M) at the University of Cambridge in the UK in 1990. He is currently a senior partner at Wissen & Co Limited in Bangkok. He is also on the legal committee of the Stock Exchange of Thailand. Mr Harnpraween was expert advisor to members of Parliament of Thailand, 2014. He was also a researcher at the Max Plank Institute in Munich, Germany in 1992 as well as a member of the Trade Competition Committee, Thai Chamber of Commerce in 2013 and Employment Committee and Joint Foreign Chamber of Commerce in 2012.
