The Harrow Bangkok Summer Holiday Programme runs for 3 weeks from the 1st - 19th July. Enjoy a combination of lessons and fun activities while developing your English skills at the same time. Why not take on a new challenge and opt to board. You will make new friends from around the world and experience the unique culture of Thailand and the special ethos of Harrow Bangkok.

Programmes on offer

early years, infants and juniors

All of our programmes for younger children offer a focus on English while exploring a topic of choice, enabling your child to broaden their language skills while having fun. Children have the option to experience a wide range of activities including drama, writing, story-telling, art, sports, scientific investigation, music and swimming. 

The price of all programmes is 14,900 THB per week, with an early bird discount of 12,900 THB per week. Programmes start daily at 9 am and finish at 2.30 pm.

prep and seniors

The summer programmes for our older students are structured towards the more advanced acquisition of English Language skills. Students will explore the intricacies of English through challenging activities which will prepare them for all subjects in the Prep School and beyond. We also offer programmes in Mathematics, Robotics and Engineering and Science alongside a panoply of outdoor activities such as water sports.  

The price of all programmes is 14,900 THB per week, with an early bird discount of 12,900 THB per week. Programmes start daily at 9 am and finish at 2.30 pm.

All Prep and Senior courses, (except Centre Stage Musical Theatre) have a choice of sports and activities from 1.00pm - 2.30pm. This includes football, basketball, tennis, water sports, cycling, capture the flag, arts and crafts and ICT.

We offer a range of sports and activities programmes for both our younger and older students, from improving football skills and basketball fitness to water sports.

Students will have an opportunity to choose a different activity each day from 1.00pm - 2.30pm (except Multi-Sports and Activity Camp which will have swimming). This includes football, basketball, tennis, water sports, cycling, capture the flag, arts and crafts and ICT. 

Golf School

This course offers the opportunity for both beginners and advanced golfers alike to learn from our highly experienced Golf Academy Professionals. Beginners will run through an introductory course which will allow students to learn and practice the basic parts of the game, putting, chipping, iron shots and driving. Experienced golfers will be using the latest technologies to analyse and improve their games. Technologies such as, 3-D Swing software, Launch Monitors and Ground Force plates and SAM Putt Lab Professional Putting software.

The course runs from Monday to Friday 1:00-2:30pm. Cost is 8000 THB per week. Students will miss the afternoon learning activity if they choose golf. The minimum age for golf school is 7 years old.

Students can choose to sign up for only one week, two weeks or three weeks and choose a different course for each week. The dates are:

Week 1: 1-5 July

Week 2: 8-13 July

Week 3: 15-19 July

Class Size

Class sizes will have a maximum of 20 students (except courses with two teachers). Class sizes over 14 students will have a teacher and teacher assistant.


There is no school uniform for Holiday Programmes. Students should be in smart casual clothes.


All equipment will be provided. However, students should bring a pencil case for courses with writing. Students in Year 6 and above can bring an iPad to assist learning at the parents’ discretion.



On arrival please notify the Holiday Programme Office of any medication that needs to be taken during the day so that we can inform the nurse. Two nurses are available on campus (EYC and Main Building) during the course. A nurse is available 24 hours at Boarding and on Boarding trips.


Medical insurance is provided for Boarders (and included in the price). Medical insurance is not included for students on day courses.

Our Summer boarding programme provides an excellent evening addition to the Summer day course.

Our world-class boarding facilities are set within a green and spacious campus, with its very own lake. It is an ideal setting for an adventure camp, located just fifteen-minutes by car from Don Muang International Airport.

Please note that parents of boarders will be contacted again before May in regard to:

  • Optional airport collection and drop-off service (4000 THB)
  • Information letter and kit list
  • Permission and medical forms

Parents are recommended to book flights to Don Muang Airport (20 minutes away from school), not Suvarnabhumi Airport (I hour 30 minutes away). Air Asia has both international and domestic flights to Don Muang. Students must arrive on the Sunday to be eligible for the airport collection service. 


Accommodation close to the school for parents and non-boarders can be rented weekly or monthly at:

  • Mida Hotel which is about 15-20 mins to school (3.7 km from Harrow) 
  • North Park which is about 20-25 mins to school (7.3 km)   
  • Centara Grand at Central Plaza, Ladprao, Bangkok, a 5 star hotel next to the Central Plaza Ladprao, 14 km  away, around 30 minutes’ drive (during less traffic time) from school
  • Belle Grand Rama 9 which is about 30 mins to school (23 km)


Harrow Bangkok offers a bus shuttle service from the centre of Bangkok and other popular locations to the school campus during the Summer Course. The cost per week is 4000 THB per 5 day week (return service). Booking is available on the application form.
