Harrow Bangkok is very pleased to celebrate another set of exceptional results for its A Level students, many of whom are now destined to take up places at the world’s most competitive universities including Oxbridge, Ivy League and the Russell Group.

Head Master Jon Standen emphasised the hard work of the students and commitment of the teachers when he said: “My congratulations go to the students for their dedication, to our teachers for their expertise and passion, and to our parents for their support. This exceptional set of results opens the doors to the best universities in the world. I wish the Class of 2019 all the best, and look forward to meeting them at alumni events in the future and catching up with their news.”

The realisation of academic potential is at the core of Harrow Bangkok’s mission and these results surpassed expectations, highlighting our focus on stretching and supporting all who learn there. Over 60% of examinations were graded A*/A, twelve students achieved A* in three or more subjects and a third of students achieved straight A*/A grades. Of 359 exams entered, over one in four were graded A*. This success reflects the school’s commitment to academic excellence and consolidates its long held reputation for outstanding educational outcomes. This is especially pleasing for a school committed to an unashamedly holistic approach to education that values and nurtures leadership, compassion and collaboration equally with exam success.
