Transport

Montri Transportation are the service provider for door-to-door routes to and from Harrow Bangkok. They are a well known and reputable company that provide transportation for many international schools in Bangkok.

The Bangkok Garden shuttle service buses are operated by Harrow Bangkok's own buses.

The service is a safe, reliable and cost-effective way for children to travel to school. All children have an ID card that allows their departure and arrival times to be tracked. A text message can be sent to a parent/guardian's phone on request.

registration

The service is based on a one-time registration scheme. Once you have enrolled in the service, student or students’ names will be added to the service until otherwise notified in writing by parents or guardians. Registration forms can be downloaded from the link below or collected from the main Reception.

cancellation of service

Cancellation of the service must be made in writing to the School one half of a term before the service will be discontinued.

refunds

Refunds due to cancellation of service will be calculated on a half term basis only.

No wait policy

In order to ensure that your child and other students arrive to school/home promptly, buses will depart from the arranged departure points at the specified times. We would greatly appreciate your cooperation with this to ensure fairness to all passengers.

The zonal system above is based on distance from the school. The Transportation Coordinator will advise parents which zone is applicable for their location

Refunds for cancellation are calculated on a half-term basis only
Bus service charges may be adjusted term by term
