Maintaining links for life, in Thailand and around the world.
The aim of the alumni association of Harrow International School Bangkok is to be a focus and means by which past students can maintain their link with the school and with each other in Thailand and around the world.
Ours is still a young association but we have come a long way since our very successful inaugural dinner in 2005 and, every year informal reunions taken place in Bangkok. The Head Master also meets our alumni in London when he visits Harrow school in January.
We welcome any news from alumni – graduation details, starting a new job, getting married, having children, achieving something to be proud of or doing something exciting or unusual. Articles about our alumni regularly feature in the Harrovian (fortnightly newsletter), which can be found on the website. Please complete the registration form below and we will put you on our mailing list and keep you up to date with what is happening at Harrow Bangkok.
More than anything else we welcome our alumni to visit us at Harrow Bangkok, and we are pleased to say that this is a regular occurrence.
We encourage our alumni to organise their own functions in the country in which they are living and forward to us any photos so we can post them on the website and on Facebook. We also encourage links between present Harrow Bangkok pupils and teachers and Harrow Bangkok alumni through a range of activities, competitions and events. Many of our alumni also return to talk to Sixth Formers about university choices and career pathways. If you would like to participate as a guest speaker at Harrow Bangkok please contact our Director of Development, Miss Liz Hammond at email@example.com.
One way to manage communication and also to provide support and social links to those studying both in Thailand and elsewhere in the world is to have alumni coordinators in different countries to keep our alumni informed of our activities and to enable them to inform us of theirs. If you would like to be the alumni link for your place of study or work please contact our Director of Development, Miss Liz Hammond at firstname.lastname@example.org.
