Periodisation is the systematic planning of athletic or physical training. The aim is to reach the best possible performance in the most important competition of the year.
As you can see from the table below, our training program is structured around preparing teams for upcoming tournaments. The diagram is a useful device for parents to know exactly what their child is working on at any given time in the year:
