A fun introduction to phonics through daily interactive games, stories and action rhymes. This course will help to develop your child’s understanding of how letter sounds can be used to make words, whilst supporting their English language. Developing Language Through Magical Storytelling

Description
Each week we will look at a different popular children's fable for magical storytelling, we will create props, dress up costumes and encourage the children to act out simple scenes using songs, costumes and props to help us. In the afternoons we will be baking delicious treats that link to our text, for example, gingerbread men, porridge and a house made from sweets!

Description
This course will focus on developmental games, action songs, art and play-based activities to improve fine-motor skills and develop strong, flexible fingers, hands and arms. Daily sensory activities such as making our own playdough (how about chocolate scented?!) and stretchy glitter slime will build strength and coordination in little hands in a fun and creative way. There will also be lots of opportunities to improve gross-motor skills through mark-making and movement.

It’s the call of the wild! If you love animals and have a taste for adventure, come along on a jungle safari as we learn about animals through story, construction, music, art, craft, PE and drama. We will be using our English communication skills (speaking, listening and reading) and counting and number games as well as explorer maps as we travel the world in search of weird and wonderful creatures.
